These are the conditions you agree to when purchasing any beat or kit from Prod. Emerald.
KITS
None of these kits are affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any artists or producers they may be inspired by unless directly stated.
All drum sounds, basses, one-shots, and similar assets in these kits are royalty-free.
If you use any loop included in a kit to create a beat that you sell, Prod. Emerald receives a 50% split.
If a loop is used in a song or any other monetized media, you must contact prodemerald52@gmail.com to finalize a financial agreement.
No part of any kit — including raw sounds, loops, or samples — may be redistributed, resold, or repackaged as your own under any circumstances.
CUSTOM LOOPS & CUSTOM BEATS
If you use any custom loop provided by Prod. Emerald to sell beats, a 50% split is required.
If a custom loop is used in a monetized song or any other profit-generating media, contact prodemerald52@gmail.com to establish a financial agreement.
Terms for custom beats follow the same rules as their corresponding license type (tagged/untagged MP3, WAV, stems, etc).
No custom loops or custom beats may be redistributed in any form without direct permission from Prod. Emerald.
Samples may be requested, but Prod. Emerald is not responsible for sample clearance or any legal issues related to sample use.
FREE TAGGED MP3 DOWNLOADS
You may record vocals and create your own ideas over this beat.
Downloading a free beat means you agree to use it ONLY on YouTube, SoundCloud, and social media without earning profit.
Any violation will result in the beat being removed.
There are no limits on views or streams as long as the use is non-profit.
You may not redistribute the beat, and you must credit Prod. Emerald as the producer.
UNTAGGED MP3 LICENSE
You may record and create music with this beat.
Up to 200 physical copies (CDs, vinyl, etc.) may be sold/distributed.
Your release may earn up to 100,000 total streams across all platforms.
You may create 1 music video.
Live performances are NOT allowed under this license.
Radio play is NOT allowed.
The beat may not be redistributed in any form, and Prod. Emerald must be credited as the producer.
If you pass any limits, you must purchase a new license or negotiate updated terms at prodemerald52@gmail.com.
This license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
TAGGED / UNTAGGED WAV LICENSE
You may record and create music with this beat.
Up to 500 physical copies may be sold/distributed.
Your release may accumulate up to 1,000,000 streams total.
You may create up to 3 videos.
Live performances ARE allowed.
Up to 3 radio stations may broadcast the release.
Redistribution of the beat or its components is prohibited. Prod. Emerald must be credited wherever the beat is used.
Exceeding the limits requires a new license or a new agreement through prodemerald52@gmail.com.
This license lasts 1 year from purchase.
STEMS LICENSE
You may record and create music with this beat.
Up to 2,000 physical copies may be sold/distributed.
Your release may accumulate up to 10,000,000 total streams.
You may create up to 5 videos.
Live performances ARE allowed.
Up to 5 radio stations may broadcast your release.
No redistribution of stems or beat components is permitted. You must credit Prod. Emerald wherever the beat is used.
If limits are passed, you must upgrade your license or negotiate new terms through prodemerald52@gmail.com.
